Pesta Scooters se-Indonesia Digelar di Makassar

TEMPO.CO, Makassar - Sekitar 3.000 peserta Celebes Scooter Party (CSP) VIII ikut ambil bagian dalam CSP yang baru pertama diadakan di Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. Para penggemar scooter ini ikut konvoi sekaligus memperkenalkan Kota Makassar terutama sektor pariwisata, Minggu, 8 April 2012 lalu.

Ketua Panitia I CSP VII Rafi Rodjali mengungkapkan ajang ini merupakan bentuk silahturahmi semua pencinta Vespa. Peserta bukan hanya dari Sulawesi tapi juga seluruh Indonesia bahkan Malaysia. "Ada dari Sumatera hingga Merauke, Papua. Tak kurang 3.000 motor dan 7.000 penonton hadir dalam kegiatan nasional ini. Kami juga memperkenalkan seperti apa Kota Makassar," paparnya

Rafi menambahkan, "Saat penutupan, kami memberikan sertifikat dengan mengumpul ribuan Vespa terbanyak di Indonesia yang dihadiri oleh Wali Kota Makassar Ilham Sirajuddin."

Rafi mengatakan CSP VII ini menghadirkan bintang tamu, Souljah. "CSP event tahunan, tahun lalu diadakan di Gorontalo. Ini adalah CSP terbesar dan pertama," katanya.

Menurut Rafi, Wali Kota Makassar Ilham Arief Sirajuddin berpesan agar para penggemar scooter selalu memperhatikan keselamatan atau safety reading saat mengendarai Vespa. "Selain itu Vespa adalah kendaraan yang tidak pernah luntur dan akan tetap ada," ungkapnya

Para penggemar scooter diberi kesempatan memperlihatkan kebolehan di depan Wali Kota Makassar, dan juga modifikasi dari Vespa yang dimiliki.

The Evoque is the first Land Rover to not have a V8 power plant. It is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged supplied by Ford Motors.

The Evoque is an awesome vehicle for today's market. Great form combined with function is always a sure bet in the automotive industry. The $43,995 price tag may hinder sales in the current economy, but luxury brands are seeing sales increases, so the Evoque may not a have any trouble finding a market in North America.
